The Pillars of Lions Club Service
We strongly embrace the Lions Club International Eight Pillars of Service: Vision, Diabetes, Childhood Cancer, Youth, Hunger, Humanitarian, Disaster Relief, and Environment.
On top of these eight pillars, The East Bay Special Interest Lions Club adds an additional Three Pillars of Service: Cardiovascular/Heart Disease, Health Clinics, and Wellness Clinics.
Service Activities
We hold two Lions Club meetings a month. We provide a variety of services every year to the youth, adults, and veterans of the Bay area. We also extend our reach to the Global community.
We actively fundraise and seek donations to provide these services. We have over 30 sponsors who support our activities.
